Citizen of the world, born Polish, lived ten years in Norway, studied in Belgium. I hold MA in International Relations. I work as executive and business coach (Professional Certified Coach by ICF) and leadership training facilitator. On daily basis, I coach managers in large international corporations such as Google, Meta, Deloitte, Hilton, Mars, Colgate-Palmolive or IBM. Sometimes I do support highly innovative start-ups in Europe. I’m a lead faculty, training facilitator and executive and business coach for the leadership development programs delivered by the Center for Creative Leadership. As a team and group coach work using ORSC™– Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching methodologies.
My background experience is in management consulting, research and training for the executive managers, entrepreneurs and governments of various levels. Over the years I have delivered projects and trainings in many countries including Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Serbia, Croatia and Georgia.
Main areas of expertise include leadership development, innovation management, strategy, project management and personal growth. I have worked with CEO’s, high level expert groups and demanding large organizations, facilitating strategy, innovation processes and growth across many sectors (including retail, FMCG, mining, bio- and nano- tech, transportation, finance).
I have worked as the researcher and management consultant for the European Commission and other national and international organizations. My selected publications: “Technology perspectives for future Value Added Materials”, “Enabling technologies and open innovation – analysis of conditions for transfer of knowledge”, “Strategy and Road mapping for Industrial Technologies”, “Impact of nanotechnology on green and sustainable growth”, ”SME access to finance”. He is fluent in English and Polish, with working knowledge of French, Russian and Norwegian.
In my facilitation i’m open, enthusiastic, positive, engaged, to the point, and business oriented. My coaching coaching style is perceived as challenging, effective and influential, which is largely due to my core values in life: passion, inspiration, growth, joy and gratitude. I’m a Member and Open Water Scuba Instructor in Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI), an Ironman and kite surfer.

As a Leadership Solutions Associate with the Center for Creative Leadership© I facilitate bespoke client solutions at individual, teams and organizational development levels, in areas such as leadership development, team management, innovation, change management strategy and motivation, resilience, energy management.
Coaching
What is it about coaching that works? In short, it works because of the unique possibility to stop for a while, think, expand perspective and figure out the plan. A possibility we normally don’t have in our daily routines under time pressure. A structured approach to see your life from a different angle, from a perspective, if you like. Sometimes reaching a higher level of self-awareness. Sometimes through analyzing your own limiting beliefs. Sometimes focusing on a detailed plan for massive action. All this through asking the right questions and hearing the answers. Saying them loud. Sometimes only listening to silence.
Coaching is transformative. It is really touching deep inside and inducing change within.
Coaching is about greatness. About THINKING BIG. Sometimes coaching is just about little things in life. Small details, like building motivation for a procrastinated task that is not fun to do at all. Or up-taking an important conversation, otherwise difficult to start.

I’m using Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC ) as a set of tools to deliver team coaching sessions. For group coaching I use my experience from BetterUp „coaching circles” and HumanQ group coaching practice
What is the difference:
Teams have shared objectives/work together on regular basis . A group is a collection of individuals who have a shared interest (in a topic).
